Thanks for the live coaching demonstration today, which was really brave to do with so many onlookers! I thought it was really interesting and am glad I waited for the Q&A as most of the feedback I was going to give were covered in there. Like others, I would have most likely tried to uncover where she was stuck just to see if there were patterns she needed help to overcome in case she ends up back there, but I liked the focus on the positive. I also noticed her mention gaps in knowledge, help, leaning on her network and support and challenge quite often, and the approval which you highlighted she can’t control but she seems to be seeking might have led me down a wrong path. Getting her to find the courage to use that network and engage with them, rather than dwell on the fear seemed like a better option. A great experience and I have written down a lot of the questions!
