The Power-Interest Matrix and the 6 types of stakeholders are both fantastic tools for identifying your stakeholders in coaching. The tools can be used to plan how you manage different stakeholders in different ways according to their power and interest in your coaching work. This model will support you to:
• think more systemically as a coach
• identify boundaries and therefore contract more effectively
• communicate better with a wider range of stakeholders
• address the requirements of ILM assignments in relation to stakeholders.
