Our Executive Coaching services are led by Clare Smale BA (Hons) PGCE FRSA.
Clare's work in coaching is varied and spans over more than 15 years.
She is an active coach practitioner with a wide range of clients, continuously developing her skills and knowledge. This enables her to combine extensive practical experience with a wide knowledge base in her role as a coach trainer and supervisor. This includes leading our highly regarded ILM coaching and mentoring qualifications.
Clare's coaching-related qualifications and professional memberships include: ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching, NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer and MiRo Behaviour Modes Practitioner, Fellow RSA, Member ANLP
Clare is skilled in creating strategies for personal change through coaching, particularly for senior and middle leaders and those aspiring to leadership posts. With over 1,500 coaching hours experience, Clare is coaching middle and senior leaders in many different organisations such as: private companies, local authorities, schools, charities, police, NHS, fire & rescue, and the armed forces. She is also a well-regarded speaker and presenter at coaching conferences and training events and is a member of the Vistage speaker network.
In addition, Clare regularly designs and delivers both ILM accredited and bespoke coach training courses.
